We are pleased to present our Staff... 


Linda is a Real Estate paralegal, who has responsibility for serving mortgage lenders and underwriting title insurance policies. She has been with our office since 1992 and her time is completely dedicated to the practice of real estate.

Lorraine is our senior Estate Planning paralegal, who has been with the office since 1994. She has worked in central New York law offices for over twenty years. Lorraine is fully dedicated to the responsibility for the drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies.

Helen has a paralegal degree, but currently serves as a part-time Receptionist. She has overall responsibility for handling telephones, client appointments, file and calendar maintenance, the law library and various other areas essential to smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. Helen has over twenty years of law office experience and has been with us since the winter of 2003.

Shannon is one of our Medicaid paralegals, and has as her primary responsibility, the preparation, coordination and presentation of all Medicaid applications and participates in crisis Asset Preservation Planning as well as assisting in our Estate Planning practice.  A graduate of the Syracuse University Legal Assistant Program, she has over 15 years of law office experience and has been with our office since the fall of 2007. Shannon is also in charge of our Information Technology and all things hi-tech.

Mary Ann is our senior Estate Administration paralegal.  A graduate of the Bryant & Stratton College Paralegal Program, she has worked as a paralegal for over 15 years.  Mary Ann has been with our office since the fall of 2009.

Joanne serves as our Office Manager and an Estate Administration paralegal.  A graduate of SUNY The College at Brockport with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, Joanne brings with her years of experience in office finance and management.   She has been with our office since December 2010.


Angela is a Real Estate paralegal, a 2012 graduate of the Bryant & Stratton College Paralegal Program as well as earning an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Cayuga Community College.  Angela joined our office in 2013, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in other fields which will assist her in serving the needs of our clients.

Kelley serves as a part-time receptionist and assists in the Business Formation area of our practice in establishing and organizing corporations and limited liability companies for our small business clients. Kelley joined our office in January 2015.

Wendy is a Real Estate paralegal with over 25 years experience in the legal aspects of real estate transactions as well as interrelated areas of law.  Joining our office in August 2015, her primary responsibilities are in the areas of assisting clients in the sale and purchase of real property.
